Seayott boat owners set their own cancellation policies, which fall into several standard categories. The policy for your specific booking is clearly displayed during the booking process and in your confirmation email.
Most policies become more restrictive as your check-in date approaches, with full refunds typically available for cancellations made well in advance.

How to Cancel Your Booking
Cancel your booking through your Seayott account dashboard by selecting the reservation and clicking the cancellation option. The system will automatically calculate your refund based on the applicable cancellation policy.
You'll receive immediate confirmation of your cancellation along with details about any refund amount and expected processing time.
Cancellations cannot be undone once processed. If you cancel by mistake, you'll need to create a new booking subject to current availability and pricing.
Refund Processing
Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days and returned to your original payment method. The exact timing depends on your bank or credit card company's processing procedures.
Service fees are generally non-refundable regardless of the cancellation policy, though exceptions may apply for certain circumstances or host cancellations.
Emergency Cancellations
In cases of documented emergencies, natural disasters, or other extenuating circumstances, Seayott may offer additional flexibility beyond standard cancellation policies. Contact our support team with relevant documentation for review.
