Your Seayott booking status helps you track where your reservation stands in the booking process. Understanding these statuses ensures you know exactly what to expect and when to take action.

Booking Status Types

Your Seayott reservation can have several different statuses depending on where it is in the booking process. Each status provides important information about your reservation and any actions you may need to take.

The most common statuses include Confirmed, Pending, Cancelled, and Completed. These statuses automatically update as your booking progresses through different phases.

Confirmed Bookings

A Confirmed status means your booking has been accepted by the boat owner and payment has been processed successfully. You're all set for your maritime adventure and can proceed with trip planning.

Once confirmed, you'll receive booking details including check-in instructions, contact information, and any special requirements from the boat owner.

Pending Bookings

Pending status indicates your booking request is waiting for the boat owner's approval or payment verification. This typically occurs with instant book disabled properties or when payment processing needs additional verification.

Most pending bookings receive a response within 24 hours. You can check your booking status anytime in your Seayott account dashboard.

Managing Status Changes

If your booking status changes unexpectedly, you'll receive immediate notification via email and in-app alerts. Common reasons for status changes include owner cancellations, payment issues, or availability conflicts.
